What is SupportMe?
SupportMe is a feature within the Mint WorkBench that collects data on the controller or drive you are connected to and information on the PC you are using. This is used to assst our technical support engineers in determining any problems you may be having. Pressing the green cross on the tool bar will open up SupportMe.
The accompanying website www.SupportMe.net is a resource for all the latest product informration, including latest software, firmware and user manuals.
